Seagrove features a network of three landscaped parks covering over eight acres. The landscape design is a reflection of Phillip Island’s coastal character and a response to the superb natural values of its location. Seagrove’s style is contemporary, yet informal. Bold geometry, with large radii and simple, elegant architecture, complement the organic shapes of the street layout, which responds to the natural contours of the land. Extensive plantings of indigenous species provide habitat for Seagrove’s prolific birdlife. |
